I am grateful I have children who trust me enough to confide in me and vent to me. What a gift that is?
I am grateful for a day with my parents and my boys, eating at Wegman's, having 'Grandad' coffee and cookies, going to F'burg art galleries. I am so grateful to have days like that.
I am grateful for my job (I know I wrote that before) and getting me out of the house through the summer. I am grateful for what I have learned doing it and I AM saving the money earned. It is not going in the general fund.
I am grateful for doing morning pages (even though I don't paint on those days) BECAUSE.... I have learned that I am addicted to anxiety.

Turmoil and RECLAIMS
YOU
LET IT GO... and TRUST....

FAITH.
